I really liked it because food was not greasy as at many places in LA! For me it is the most important. I ordered beef lula. I can't stand it when the restaurant use so much frying oil and butter in all dishes. Plate was large with a lot of food in it for a good price. I am happy I found this place. Gonna come again! I also like that little complimentary plate with olives, carrots, cucumbers - healthy! Thank you!

Ambiance is lively with an authentic mom and pop Armenian feel! Above average dips for appetizers and kabobs are average. Service is friendly.

Imagine enjoying one of the softest and sweetest fresh beef, chicken and kubideh at a Mediterranean restaurant? Carousel treated us to a variety of appetizers, freshly cut carrots, tomatoes, peppers and other dishes in a series of time-layered servings. We attended Carousel Restaurant in Glendale to celebrate Dr. Ake's medical graduation and a celebration of her birthday, at the same time. Ample free parking on a Sunday and nicely walk decorated restaurant with swords, one's, pistols and other historical artifacts and weaponries of the old Armenian revolution. I counted about 6 servers serving grip of about 25 of us visiting this restaurant. They were the sweetest and customer friendly staff and even played the birthday song for us to celebrate Dr. Akelat's natal day. Of all the goodies they kindly served was the freshest of the beef, chicken and kubideh, which were so good that practically makes you want for more. So, if you want a Mediterranean dish in the area, go to Glendale's Carousel Restaurant, and you'll never have your beef, chicken and kubideh cooked and prepared differently again!

Came into town and was looking for some Armenian food, so some colleagues of mine took me here. I wanted to sample lots of stuff so they suggested family style. We opted for the Hafleh Beiruti. We also added Monti and matzoon. Everything was so flavorful. Lots of good options to sample from. My fav was as the Monti of course. The service was good and it was really busy. I'd come back again.

Love dining at Carousel. Food is always on point and the spices are evident in every bite. Service is always for the most part on point They have the best lentil soup

If you're looking for Lebanese-Armenian food look no further, this is the spot for you. We've been coming here for years and it hits the spot every time. We get the family style meal with kebab and we have never walked out wanting a single extra bite because we're so so full. There is mostly indoor seating and a little bit of outdoor seating. The service is good and the ambiance is what you can expect at a middle eastern restaurant. The parking is in the back, not very large and you'll be paying a little bit. There is also valet sometimes for a small fee. There is also street parking and there is street parking where you pay too. Overall we love this place, we've been coming here for years and plan to go more in the future.

Oh my word... We visited for the first time during Dine LA and we got to taste so many different dishes. We went with the vegan course to be healthy-ish and the mezze variety and flavors were overwhelmingly outstanding. Bassam was the kindest most welcoming person we've ever met. He made our first of many visits memorable and wonderful. The veranda is such a fun, vacation-like vibe. Ask for it!

Everything is amazing here the food is always fresh and always taste very consistent. Whether you eat there or take it to go or do DoorDash, everything is always spot on and perfect. I always like to do their platters for three or four people and you get a variety of everything you could taste everything they have. The restaurant is very large and always has seating so you don't have to wait . Service is great and the ambience makes it feel like you really are in the Mediterranean. If you're in the area and wants a Mediterranean food, I definitely would look no further than the staple restaurant itself.

I am so thankful for Bassam! I stopped by last night to pick up my to-go order and had to wait a few minutes because my order wasn't done yet. As I was waiting, I guess my gold anklet had fallen off. I didn't notice it was missing until til later on at night. I called carousel today to see if I'd had fallen there and sure enough, it had. Bassam mentioned that another guest had turned it into them. This was a very special piece of jewelry to me and I can't contain my excitement. God bless the person who turned it in and God bless Bassam for keeping it safe for me. Just when I thought Carousel couldn't get better! Thank you so much Bassam. I am so grateful to you.

I love love love me some Armenian food! Ever since I was introduced to carousel 6 years ago, it's been a game changer! The food is amazing! You can't go wrong with chi kofta, steak and beef kebabs but my favorite is cheese boreg! Can't get enough of it! The staff here is attentive and polite! I love this location Better than Hollywood location. And this location is bigger. Great for big parties and birthdays and they play live music! Can't wait to come back for another fix!
